A. Greig Woodring

President and Chief Executive Officer

Greig is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Prior to becoming President of RGA, Greig served as Executive Vice President of General American Life Insurance Company, in charge of all reinsurance business. He joined General American in 1979 as an associate actuary. Greig then held a series of progressively more responsible positions within the reinsurance line and was named President and CEO in May of 1993 when RGA became a public company. Before coming to General American and RGA, Greig worked as an actuary at United Insurance Company in Chicago, Illinois.

David B. Atkinson

Executive Vice President; Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President, RGA Reinsurance Company

David is an Executive Vice President of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated and he is also the Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of its principal operating company, RGA Reinsurance Company. Before RGA went public in 1993, David served as Reinsurance Operations Vice President. He joined General American in 1987; before that, he held various positions with Atlas Life Insurance Company, Cybertek Computer Products, and Occidental Life Insurance Company of California.

Brendan J. Galligan

Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific Operations, RGA International Corporation

Brendan has spent the past 20 years building reinsurance business around the globe. Since joining RGA in the early 1990s Brendan has been a leading force behind RGA international expansion in the Asia Pacific region. Brendan's career began in 1978 as an underwriter at North American Life in Toronto. He spent the better part of the next 15 years building or rebuilding reinsurance operations in both Canada and the United States.

John Laughlin

Executive Vice President, RGA Financial Markets

John is Executive Vice President of RGA Financial Markets. He was Executive Vice President of RGA Financial Group, L.L.C., from its inception in 1995, joining RGA with the formation of RGA Financial Markets in 2000 and the acquisition by RGA of its remaining interest in RGA Financial Group. In 1979 John joined ITT Financial Corporation as a vice president responsible for developing the financial reinsurance market.

Jack B. Lay

Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jack is a Senior Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Before joining RGA in 1994, Jack served as Second Vice President and Associate Controller at General American. Jack joined the General American Family in 1991; before that, he was a partner in the financial services practice with the St. Louis, Missouri office of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.

Joni Wood Lehman

Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer,
RGA Reinsurance Company

Joni is Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer of RGA Reinsurance Company. She joined RGA in 2001 as Vice President, Operations, overseeing administration, claims, treaty development and client file management. Under her leadership, RGA successfully transitioned the life reinsurance business acquired from Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America. Joni was subsequently named Senior Vice President. Prior to joining RGA, she served in various pricing, retrocession, administration and claims capacities with the reinsurance division of Lincoln National Corporation. Joni is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Robert M. Musen

Executive Vice President, RGA Reinsurance Company

Bob joined RGA in 2000 as an Executive Vice President with a multi-faceted job that includes leading several of RGA’s corporate initiatives, both domestically and internationally. Bob is also RGA’s liaison with MetLife and a member of RGA’s Executive Committee. He has 25 years of insurance experience working for MetLife.

Alain Néemeh

President and Chief Executive Officer,
RGA Life Reinsurance Company of Canada

Alain joined RGA in 1997 from KPMG where as Senior Manager he was responsible for the delivery of audit and other services to a variety of clients in the financial services, manufacturing and retail sectors. Initially responsible for the finance area at RGA, Alain became Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer in 2001, and President and CEO in 2006. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Paul Nitsou

Executive Vice President; President and Chief Operating Officer,
RGA International Corporation

Paul began his life insurance career in 1985 at Manulife Financial in Toronto. He held numerous actuarial-related positions in Manulife's U.S. division before joining the retrocession division in 1989. Paul reached the position of Vice President, Financial Reinsurance before leaving to join RGA in 1996. Paul earned a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 1984. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

A. David Pelletier

Executive Vice President, RGA Reinsurance Company

Dave joined RGA's Canadian subsidiary in 1995 and headed the marketing, pricing, underwriting and non-traditional reinsurance areas before becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 2003. In this role, Dave led the company through consecutive years of strong growth that further established RGA as the premier life reinsurance company in Canada. In 2006, Dave was chosen to head up the development and implementation of RGA's proprietary integrated reinsurance administration system, CybeRe, across the International Division.

Paul A. Schuster

Senior Executive Vice President, U.S. Division, RGA Reinsurance Company

Paul is Senior Executive Vice President of U.S. Operations for RGA Reinsurance Company. Before assuming his current position, Paul served as Chief Actuary. Prior to the 1993 public offering of RGA, he served as Second Vice President and Reinsurance Actuary for General American. Paul has also served in various positions at ITT Lyndon Insurance Group and General Reassurance Corporation.

James E. Sherman

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Jim has worked in the life insurance and reinsurance industry for over 20 years. He joined RGA in 2000 after working with RGA reinsurance operations for many years as a member of the GenAmerica Financial legal department, and in March 2003 became Executive Vice President and General Counsel at RGA. He is a graduate of the St. Louis University Law School and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.

Mike Stein

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Division,
RGA Reinsurance Company

A 25-year insurance industry veteran, Mike is responsible for all U.S. operation functions including sales, pricing, underwriting, medical and operations. Mike joined RGA in 1998 as Vice President and Actuary in the U.S. Division. In 2000 he became Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary and in 2004 was named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He became Executive Vice President in 2006. Mike is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Certified Public Accountant.

Graham S. Watson

Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer; Chief Executive Officer, RGA International Corporation

Graham is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, and Chief Executive Officer of RGA International Corporation. Prior to his current positions, he was Executive Vice President, Market Development, and President and Chief Executive officer of RGA's Australian subsidiary. He also served as Vice Chairman of RGA's Canadian subsidiary, and consulted to RGA for a number of years, prior to joining the company in 1996.

Steven A. Kandarian

Chairman of the Board and Director

Steven is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of MetLife, Inc. He is responsible for MetLife’s investment department and the company’s general account portfolio. Since joining MetLife in 2005, Steven has overseen a number of initiatives and strategies that have benefited and further diversified MetLife’s investment portfolio, enhanced the company’s focus on effective risk management and contributed to MetLife’s bottom line. He received a B.A. from Clark University, a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
