RGA International Corporation headquarters in Toronto, Canada, provides assistance to RGA’s offices outside North America. Leveraging resources from its global network of companies, RGA addresses client issues around the world. In addition to providing support to existing international operations, RGA International Corporation is responsible for the expansion of RGA’s operations internationally and for strengthening client relationships in jurisdictions which are not yet served through existing offices.

RGA’s International Division offers traditional facultative and automatic reinsurance, as well as non-traditional reinsurance in the form of financial reinsurance and annuity coinsurance. The division also provides a wide range of services including product and distribution development, capital management and technological systems.
