AURA has the flexibility to fit your needs. Whether your company is looking to integrate e-application capability, provide reflexive questions to call center workers, or offer insurance to customers over the Internet, AURA can meet your organization’s needs.
Call Center
Tele-underwriting call centers that employ reflexive questions can decrease your agent and underwriter workloads while improving results.
An experienced tele-interviewer gathering information directly from applicants can use AURA's reflexive questions to gather complete and comprehensive medical histories. The deeper, more effective questioning improves disclosures, shortens underwriting cycle time, decreases expenses, and allows insurers to forgo many doctors' reports.
Underwriting Workbench
Underwriting Workbench is a module that provides online workspace for underwriters, case coordinators and others to manage a case's full range of details. These can include outstanding requirements, case notes, final decisions, and more.
Evidence Framework
The Evidence Framework module contains pre-built interfaces with providers of Rx, MVR, MIB and laboratory data. The module automatically collects this provider data and sends it to AURA's Rules Engine so that an underwriting decision can be made.
Rules Engine
The Rules Engine is the core of AURA. It accepts electronic data gathered by the Evidence Framework, the Underwriting Workbench and the Call Center modules and applies underwriting rules, customized for your company, to that evidence to produce a decision.
Management Information
The Management Information (MI) module puts a repository of information at a user’s fingertips. Users can refine underwriting rules, monitor market demographics, analyze trends, monitor decision frequency, maintain decision quality, track new business and more. The MI module can also automatically compile and provide audit information to reinsurers.
