During telephone interviews, AURA Call Center presents a series of reflexive questions that guide the interviewer. The question-and-answer process allows interviewers to focus on each applicant's unique characteristics, extracting critical information necessary for effective underwriting.
When the interview is complete, AURA produces a decision. If the case is “clear”, the decision can be routed to any location an insurer requires, including to the interviewer. If, however, the case needs review, AURA provides the underwriter with detailed information both about the customer’s disclosures and recommended underwriting requirements.
