Answers to common questions about ROSEBUD®

ROSEBUD nurses are available to assist pregnant members and parents of babies enrolled in the ROSEBUD program. If you are not enrolled in ROSEBUD, call your health plan to find out if you may qualify for the program.

 

You may contact us by email or phone to request a call from your nurse. Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Feel free to call and leave a message at any time.

You may request a phone call from a ROSEBUD nurse if you have general health questions about yourself or your infant. Our nurses are unable to answer urgent medical questions.

**Call 911 if this is an emergency. If you need medical advice, please call your health care provider.

You should call the member or customer service phone number at your health plan. This number is often found on the back of your member card. ROSEBUD nurses do not have access to your benefit information.

 

If your health plan participates in the ROSEBUD program, there is no charge to you.
