This prestigious award competition, now in its 20th year, is sponsored annually by Asia Insurance Review magazine. A distinguished panel of 30 judges in the insurance and reinsurance industries recognized RGA for “outstanding human resources management and practices to support and promote the development and quality of management and insurance professionals,” and for RGA’s “engaged role in change management to help the organization to adapt and evolve.”
