The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
As a Director on the Private Debt and Equity team, Ben Dinehart is responsible for originating, evaluating, and structuring direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.
Prior to joining RGA in February 2021, Ben was a relationship manager with CIBC Bank in St. Louis, Missouri, where he had ten years of experience in underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management across a diverse set of industries, including both leveraged and non-leveraged transactions, working with both family and private equity owned businesses in the lower middle market.
Ben received both his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in management and Bachelor of Science Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in accounting from Rockhurst University.
