The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Kathy Thiesen is a Director, Survey and Research Services, for all group reinsurance product lines. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, with over 25 years of experience in clinical settings, case management, and reinsurance. Kathy offers strong internal and client support for primary and secondary research, web survey questionnaire development and data analysis/reporting. The RGA Group Research area has completed over 700 surveys on industry practices and outcomes for group life, disability, and medical/managed care. Kathy joined the company in 2000 and joined the research area in 2004.
