The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
As a Senior Associate on the Private Debt and Equity team, Michael McNulty is responsible for evaluating, structuring, diligence, execution, and management of direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.
Prior to joining RGA in 2021 as an Associate, Michael was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), a Big Four accounting and advisory firm. In this role, he was responsible for managing and providing audit services to public and private companies across a wide array of industries, including publicly held retail and consumer products companies along with portfolio companies of middle market private equity funds.
Michael received both a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSAcc) and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Missouri.
