Lisa Rodgers, Vice President and Actuary in RGA’s U.S. Mortality Markets team, is responsible for pricing traditional new business reinsurance quotes for clients in the Mid-America region and analyzing other business opportunities, benchmarking and competitive analysis. Before taking on this role, Lisa worked in Life Product Services as an actuarial analyst and assisted in term product development.  

Prior to joining RGA in 2006, Lisa worked as an actuarial analyst at Computer Science Corporation. In that role, she produced policy illustrations and reviewed system calculations.

Lisa is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). She received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics and Spanish from Illinois College.
