Aaron Mohammed, MBA, FALU, FLMI, ARA, ACS, is a Director of Global Digital Underwriting at RGA, where he leads digital underwriting strategy and oversees the development and governance of underwriting rules for Aura Next, RGA’s automated underwriting decision‑management platform. As part of the Global Digital Underwriting team, he is responsible for maintaining the U.S. master rules and supporting scalable, compliant underwriting solutions across the U.S. market.
Aaron partners with underwriting, product, and technology stakeholders and works externally with client organizations to support underwriting implementations aligned with business objectives and risk appetite. He also serves on RGA’s Global Underwriting Manual Committee for the U.S. region, contributing underwriting expertise on manual standards and updates.
An active industry contributor, Aaron has presented at multiple industry events and served as a moderator and Program Committee volunteer at the last three Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU) Annual Conferences, including the 25th Anniversary Conference in Austin, Texas. He currently serves as an At‑Large Board Member for the Carolina Underwriters Forum (CUF) and participates as a mentor in the AHOU Mentorship Program. He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Communication from the University of New Hampshire. He is currently based in High Point, North Carolina.
