Abena Ntakrah brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across banking and insurance. Throughout her career, she has managed relationships with domestic and multinational clients, leveraging her robust background in business development, financial analysis, risk management, credit structuring, operations, sales and marketing as well as leading strategic initiatives.

Currently, Abena serves as AVP, New Initiatives at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), where she collaborates with partner clients to understand their strategic priorities and craft tailored solutions.
