Alisha Jacobs

Alisha Jacobs joined RGA in 2022 to align the US and Latin America business segments to an innovative regional strategy as Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy, U.S. Individual Life. Prior to RGA, Alisha worked with Equitable’s Life Insurance and Employee Benefits business lines, leading strategic planning, execution, sales enablement, and communications. Through her more than 22 years at Equitable, she held various leadership roles in operations and project management.

Alisha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from Queens University in Charlotte, is a PROSCI-Certified Change Manager, and is ALMI and FINRA Ser 6 & 26 certified.
