As Senior Analyst on the Private Debt and Equity team, Andrew Silverstone is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, monitoring and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.
Prior to joining RGA in 2022, Andrew had over three years of public audit experience with Deloitte where he provided audit services to public and private companies across multiple industries including aerospace & defense, healthcare, and a public company spinoff. Prior to Deloitte, Andrew spent time as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Missouri Columbia for the Robert J. Trulaske Sr. College of Business.
Andrew received both a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSAcc) and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
