Erica started her career in finance, earning her CPA and building a foundation across a range of finance roles. Over time, she became more interested in the strategic side of the business and how decisions drive growth.
Erica joined RGA in 2014 and has largely worked on the client side, partnering with insurers on strategy and how RGA can support them globally. She later moved to RGA’s innovation team, focusing on new growth opportunities through product development and business model innovation beyond traditional reinsurance.
Over the past few years, she’s been part of the Americas Strategic Growth and Innovation team, focusing on new opportunities across the business. Most recently, her work has centered on lifetime income, specifically, how to bring guaranteed income solutions into defined contribution plans as the industry shifts away from defined benefit plans.
Erica is driven by understanding complex challenges, connecting people and insights, and shaping strategies to move forward.
