Evan Nichols is Senior Vice President, Corporate Technology Solutions, for Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA). Evan reports to RGA’s Chief Information Officer and leads strategy for all aspects of the technology needs of the company’s global Actuarial, Investment, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Risk, HR, Audit, Marketing, and Legal functions, as well as RGA’s Global Health business units.
Evan has spent his entire professional career at RGA, starting as an actuarial intern and progressing into technology leadership. Since 2012, Evan has served as a senior technology leader who has led the delivery of multiple complex, multi-year transformation and modernization initiatives that have achieved industry-leading results. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, leading business transformation, and pursuing operational excellence for the expansive technology needs of RGA’s global reinsurance business.
Evan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Actuarial Science from Maryville University of St. Louis. He earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
