Hannah Zwiebel is Vice President, New Propositions, for RGA’s U.S. Pension Risk Solutions. Drawing on her nearly two decades of experience in life insurance and pension de-risking, Hannah leads new business development and acquisition for RGA’s product offerings for pension plans, insurers, and banks, and works directly on PRT transactions.
Hannah joined RGA in 2023. Prior to that, she served as a vice president and solution lead for pension risk products with financial services companies, insurers, and insurtech firms, including Morgan Stanley, Mass Mutual, Athene, and Vitech Systems Group. In these positions, Hannah coordinated all internal and external details of pension risk transfer transactions including legal, asset management, pricing, and operations. She built and maintained relationships with corporate pension plan sponsors, consultants, and brokers, and participated in the development of new products around pension de-risking. At Morgan Stanley, Hannah helped create the firm’s pension risk consulting practice and advised clients on some of the largest pension risk transfer transactions in U.S. history.
Before entering the insurance field, Hannah worked in education as a middle school math teacher and developed math curriculum for school districts around the country.
Hannah obtained a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. She received a master’s in public policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a master’s in Math Education from New York’s City College.
