As Chief Pricing Actuary, Jeffrey Xin Chen oversees the product development, reinsurance pricing, and insurance risk management functions of RGA Japan’s traditional reinsurance business. He has been in this role since 2019 after previously serving as Head of Product Development for Southeast Asian and Taiwan markets. He has been with RGA since 2014.
Jeffrey has more than 20 years of global experience in the insurance, reinsurance, and financial service industry. Prior to joining RGA, he had experience working for consultancy firms, banks, and insurance companies in Australia, Hong Kong, and European markets.
Jefferey received a Master of Commerce from Macquarie University. He is a Fellow of Institute of Actuaries of Australia and a Chartered Financial Analyst charter-holder.
