As an Associate on the Private Debt and Equity team, Joe Cribbin is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, monitoring, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.
Prior to joining RGA in 2022, Joe was a consultant with RubinBrown LLP, serving on the transaction advisory services team where he conducted sell-side and buy-side financial due diligence on target companies in the middle market to support potential sellers and private equity clients during the transaction process.
Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance and accounting from Creighton University, with a minor in Spanish. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Missouri.
