Juan Carlos Jauregui is Chief Operating Officer, responsible for RGA Latin America's operations. He joined RGA as Director of Administration and brings extensive expertise in process reengineering and technology-driven operational innovation. Juan Carlos has led the transformation of traditional operations into multichannel models that enhance service for internal and external stakeholders.

With more than 26 years in the insurance industry, Juan Carlos has held leadership roles in insurance, bancassurance, and assistance services at organizations including BBVA Insurance, MetLife, Vitamédica, Grupo Valore, and MediAccess Insurance.
