Private Debt & Equity team
As a Senior Associate on the Private Debt & Equity team, Justin Gandhi is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, monitoring, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.
Before joining RGA in 2025, Justin served as an investment professional at CenterGate Capital, where he was focused on executing lower middle market leveraged buyouts as well as portfolio management. Justin also worked in leveraged finance at HSBC, supporting the origination and underwriting of sponsor-backed direct lending transactions.
Justin received a Bachelor of Science in finance from Seton Hall University and obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School.
