Kelly Flesch

Kelly Flesch is a Senior Underwriting Consultant for the Life, Accident, and Disability unit. Kelly supports clients’ underwriting needs such as advice on case decisions and facultative consultations. She has a group benefits background in underwriting life and long-term disability products. Kelly has 10 years of experience on the direct side, working for several large national group insurers. In addition to case underwriting, she participated in company product development initiatives, technology process improvement projects. Kelly was previously with RGA from 2015 to 2017 and rejoined the company in 2020.
