Melissa Tilford

Melissa Tilford is a Vice President, Reinsurance Underwriting for Life, Accident, and Specialty Reinsurance. In addition to marketing and underwriting, her responsibilities include the development of underwriting models, pricing, and product development. She also takes a leadership role on specialty lines, assists with various management functions and is responsible for workers’ compensation industrial aid aircraft reinsurance. Melissa joined the company in 1992 with several years of insurance experience.
