Micah Rubenstein

Micah Rubenstein started his career at The Standard in 1995 as an associate LTD claim analyst. Since that time, he has held a series of progressively increasing leadership roles in both STD and LTD. Currently, Micah is Vice President of LTD Claims and Disability Management Resources. This role encompasses operational leadership of group LTD and life waiver of premium claims, clinical and vocational resources, and the special investigative unit. Over the course of his career, Micah has been an integral partner and leader in transformational changes, both operational and technological. This includes embracing automation, while balancing customer service and risk management.
