Neill Muller is Vice President and Actuary, Commercial Solutions at RGA, where he leads and manages key partnerships for RGA to drive commercial and reinsurance opportunities.
He is responsible for developing the strategy, commercial relationships, and business frameworks for TPA and strategic partnerships, helping to set the commercialization strategy for RGA. Neill also leads RGA’s MedScore portfolio, including MedScore Life & Disability and MarketInsights, guiding the evolution of products that help clients convert data into actionable insight, improved risk decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
A trusted partner to insurers and internal stakeholders, Neill champions new data initiatives and scalable solutions, and helps shape RGA’s broader data commercialization strategy and roadmap. Neill previously served as Chief Marketing Actuary for RGA’s Asia Pacific operations, based in Hong Kong.
Neill is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) and a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA). He received his Honours Bachelor of Commerce in actuarial science from the University of Pretoria.
