Othmane Akesbi is the Vice President of Global Product Initiatives at RGA, where he partners with clients and business development teams worldwide to identify and unlock growth opportunities by leveraging RGA’s deep expertise in life and health insurance product development. Throughout his career, he has guided organizations through high‑priority projects across strategy, operations, risk management, and data analytics. Before joining RGA in 2020, Othmane worked in management and strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman as a Principal in the Financial Services practice, advising leading financial institutions across North America and globally, and at Element AI, where he supported international organizations on AI strategy and capability building. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from McGill University and has completed executive education programs at both Wharton and INSEAD.
