Rachel Narducci

As a Senior Analyst on the Private Debt and Equity team, Rachel Narducci is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, monitoring, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.

Prior to joining RGA in 2022, Rachel was a Senior Analyst at Avascent (acquired by Oliver Wyman), where she supported growth strategy development for firms in the aerospace/defense and healthcare industries and conducted commercial due diligence on private equity acquisition targets.

Rachel received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Washington University in St. Louis, with a minor in psychological and brain sciences.
