Rowan Linhardt

As an Analyst on the Private Debt & Equity team, Rowan Linhardt is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and performing due diligence on direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities, as well as fund investments. 

Prior to joining RGA full-time, Rowan completed an internship with the Private Debt & Equity team in 2024. In this role, his responsibilities included conducting due diligence on new credit and equity investment opportunities, as well as managing various projects related to monitoring the existing portfolio.

Rowan received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Kansas.
