Shilei Chen

Dr. Shilei Chen is a Behavioral Scientist, based in RGA’s London (UK) office. In this role, she conducts behavioral science research and provides resulting insights and solutions to address business challenges for RGA and its clients.

Shilei has a PhD in psychology from King’s College London. She has taught university courses on social psychology and statistics for behavioral science and has published in peer-reviewed journals on dehumanization, motivation, and social media behaviors.
