Stuart Lewis

Stuart Lewis is the Regional Head of Claims for RGA’s operations in Asia Pacific. He oversees claims operations for multiple countries in the region, ensuring efficient processing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service while managing complex cross-border claim scenarios. He also drives the development of digital solutions for RGA’s internal claims teams.

Stuart is based in Hong Kong and joined RGA in January 2024, moving from the UK, where he built up over 20 years of claims experience working for two leading global insurers. While working in the UK, Stuart served in numerous roles for the Health Claims Forum and Lucid, two nonprofit committees that organize training events and conferences and promote education and knowledge sharing among claims, underwriting, and insurance medical professionals.

Stuart was educated at the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in business studies. He has also completed the General Management training program at Cranfield School of Management.
