Christina (Tina) Haertzen

Christina (Tina) Haertzen is Vice President, Underwriting at RGA. In addition to client management, underwriting, and marketing, she leads the Group Disability line of business for Group Life, Accident and Disability. Tina provides value-added services for clients including case workshops and facultative underwriting. She manages client growth strategy as well as group research services. Tina also leads a new initiatives business strategy for Group, ensuring awareness and knowledge of new technologies and insurance products in the marketplace for our clients. Tina joined RGA in 2001.
