As Vice President, Business Development for U.S. Individual Health, Harvey Brandvein is responsible for leading
reinsurance sales and marketing efforts to insurers and non-traditional partner companies. This includes working
collaboratively to implement strategic business development plans, new business models, innovative risk selection
platforms, and a state-of-the-art Long Term Care Insurance product design. Harvey has more than 40 years of
senior management experience in insurance and financial services, and has been with the company since 2022.
Immediately prior to joining RGA, Harvey was Vice President of Wealth Management and Vice President of
Deposits and Financial Solutions for Together Credit Union.
Harvey received a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
