RGA has pledged to achieve Scope 1 and Scope 2 net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions throughout our global operations by the end of 2026. We have measured our GHG emissions in alignment with the World Resources Institute’s Greenhouse Gas Protocol and are aligned with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework.
Environmental responsibility and sustainability are at the heart of the work we do and the decisions we make to ensure RGA’s headquarters and our global offices lead with care for employees and the planet. Approximately 53% of our on-site employees work in a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or WELL International Building Standard-certified building and even more operate out of spaces with additional building credentials.
