The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Andrew Bishop

Andrew Bishop serves as the Legal Representative of RGA Reinsurance Company Japan Branch where he is Co-CEO. He also holds additional responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Asia and Australia Markets, and Senior Vice President, Asia Compliance.
Andrew has been with the company since 2010 when he joined RGA Japan as Director, Head of Human Resources. He has led Human Resources for Asia Pacific since 2011 and held the role of Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President Asia from 2015 to 2022 before taking up responsibilities for leading Asia Compliance in 2022.
Prior to joining RGA, Andrew had 10 years of international human resource management experience in both the
life insurance and asset management industries, involving a variety of assignments throughout Asia Pacific, the
United Kingdom, and North America markets. His expertise includes change management, employee relations, executive compensation, HR operations, organizational restructuring, and M&A due diligence and integration.
Andrew received a Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from the University of Western Ontario, Ivey Business School. He is fluent in Japanese and participates in numerous industry associations across the region.
