Jeannette van Nielen is Senior Underwriter for the Netherlands and Nordic countries region. Prior to joining RGA, Jeannette was a Senior Underwriter for the reinsurer Swiss Re and was based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Jeannette has more than 25 years of experience in the Dutch insurance industry. She has served as a life insurance underwriter at AXA, and in disability insurance underwriting and claims at AXA and Achmea. She also has held a variety of roles in health insurance underwriting at AXA and Bovemij.
In addition, Jeannette has also been a team manager for more than a decade at Achmea for various teams of the disability insurance department. She has studied at a school of Higher Professional Business Education in the Netherlands (HEAO) and holds multiple Dutch insurance and underwriting certificates.
