Matt Battersby

Matt Battersby is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Research and Development. In this role, Matt oversees a global team focused on biometric, behavioral science, and emerging technology research and development. He previously served as RGA’s Chief Behavioral Scientist before taking on an expanded role in 2024.

Matt has a Master of Science (MSc) in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol.
