Based at RGA’s Headquarters in St. Louis, Paul Douglass is the Vice President, Equity, Real Estate Investments, for ReCap Real Estate Investments. Paul joined RGA in 2015 and has been a part of the Equity Real Estate team since 2017. Paul is responsible for all aspects of the equity investment life cycle throughout the United States. This includes relationship development, new product development, origination, asset management, and portfolio strategy.
Paul has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career in commercial real property valuation, providing real property valuation services across the United States and Canada in connection with estate planning, financing, and financial reporting. During this time, he earned his Missouri General Appraisal License and earned his MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.
Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis on real estate from Missouri State University.
