Sandra Hubert is Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer of RGA. In this role, she drives alignment across the executive leadership team, advances enterprise-wide priorities, and helps translate strategy into execution.
Sandi has served in several key leadership positions since joining RGA in 2009. Most recently she served as the Chief Operating Officer of RGAX, the company’s former business innovation incubator. Sandi also established RGA’s Enterprise Global Project Management Office (EPMO), which continues to be responsible for governance oversight of enterprise-wide IT project management best standards and practices. She also led the development of enterprise strategies and transformational initiatives that strengthened business intelligence capabilities and advanced change management efforts across the organization.
Prior to joining RGA, Sandi was President and Chief Executive Officer of Elite IT Services, an independent St. Louis-based information technology consultancy that delivered implementation services for SaaS (Software as a Service) companies as well as enterprise architecture and project management expertise to commercial businesses and the U.S. Department of Defense.
Sandi earned a Bachelor of Science in systems and engineering is from Washington University in St. Louis School of Engineering. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Information Management from Washington University, with a focus on the study of large-scale technology-oriented organizational transformations.
